SURGENT is a nationwide professional search and placement firm specializing in filling urgent and high priority needs for growing firms in the A/E/C industry. Our continued growth mirrors the increase in development, investment and repair/overhaul of our country's infrastructure. 

We are looking for two new or experienced Search Professionals / Recruiters to join us in our St. Paul or Las Vegas offices who have the passion and drive to serve our clients’ emerging needs nationwide. Our Strategic Search Professionals engage both our clients and candidates throughout the entire search and placement process and provide "Best in Class" professional service.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in business, management, engineering, science or related field
• 1 to 5+ years' experience in sales, in contingent search or staffing industry, or in architecture, engineering or construction industry

Support / Training:  SURGENT has a specific process for sourcing and recruiting high quality candidates based on our working knowledge in the A/E/C industry. Strategic Search Professionals will be supported by internal training and tools that will help them succeed as well as external training resources specific to your ongoing development as a Strategic Search Professional.

Compensation:  Strategic Search Professionals have a lucrative compensation and bonus structure that is unlimited based on their entrepreneurial drive. Successful Junior Professionals will earn in the high 5-figures annually; Senior Professional earnings vary, but are above 6-figures annually.
